Umami, at the crossroads of flavours
When you discover and experience new culinary flavours, it's called Umami.
The combination of certain ingredients results in an incomparable harmony and synergy that is greater than the sum of the ingredients used.
Many of the most incredible and memorable taste experiences have this quality called "Umami".
Umami is the fifth basic taste, after sweet, sour, bitter and salty.
Umami means "essence of deliciousness" in Japanese, and its taste is often described as the meaty, salty deliciousness that deepens the flavour.
Hana Umami Blue, the perfect synergy
The Hana Umami Blue continues the HANA tradition of "Brilliant and Gorgeous", offering the listener an incomparable musical journey.
The Hana Umami Red is one of the most acclaimed MC's in the world today for its incomparable musical performance.
The Hana ML / MH also sits in the pantheon of cells with an absolutely unbeatable price/performance ratio.
Embodying the very definition of perfect synergy, the Hana Umami Blue combines the essential ingredients of the brand's two best-sellers to set a new standard in terms of musicality and quality/price.

A unique finish
Hana Umami Blue is adorned with a brilliant iridescent blue coat made of a thermosetting melamine resin (MTP), perfectly highlighting the graceful curves of the Auricle™ body.
Created by the Dupont company, the melamine resin adheres to the aluminium by a spray deposition process, then is baked for 30 minutes at 120°C.
The hardness of the resin increases the overall rigidity of the cell, and improves resonance control.
The MTP process contributes greatly to the musical and harmonic richness of the Hana Umami Blue, improving its clarity, stereo image and bass articulation.
