T+A HA 200 — High-End Headphone Amp & DAC

Overview : The T+A HA 200 sets new benchmarks for headphone amplification by adapting T+A's flagship High Voltage (HV) technology into a 32 cm wide solid aluminum chassis. Its amplification stage operates in pure Class A under elevated voltage rails, powered by three separate toroidal transformers to secure absolute dynamic headroom and a dead-silent noise floor. A defining feature is its fine-grained output impedance control for each of its three headphone outputs (6.35 mm Jack, 4.4 mm Pentaconn, and 4-pin XLR), allowing tailored damping factor matching for both planar-magnetic and dynamic headphones. On the digital side, it employs T+A's Path Separation architecture: a quadruple differential converter for PCM streams up to 768 kHz and the dedicated True 1-Bit converter for native DSD up to DSD 1024. Twin backlit front VU meters and extensive digital inputs (including optional HDMI) complete this reference unit.
