Overview : Despite its ultra-slim profile of just 8.2 cm in height, the T+A PA 2000 R is a powerhouse of high-end engineering that adapts the core design principles of the flagship HV series into a compact footprint. Its cabinet is entirely machined from solid aluminum plates to provide mechanical damping and total shielding against RF interference. Internally, the circuit layout is strictly dual-mono and fully balanced. The input stage employs low-noise FET transistors matched with gold-contact vacuum-sealed relay switching to preserve signal purity. Powered by high-voltage driver stages, it delivers 2 × 200 Watts into 4 Ohms with instantaneous slew rates and high damping factors. The PA 2000 R produces an agile, vivid, and highly detailed soundstage, making it ideal for driving demanding loudspeakers without dominating your living room space.
