Overview : Expanding upon the capabilities of the MP 2000 R G3, the T+A MP 2500 R G3 adds native optical SACD decoding. To accommodate this reference-grade drive derived from the flagship PDT 3100 HV transport, the chassis features increased height and houses a heavy sub-chassis mechanism floating on stainless-steel isolation rods with silicone damping. This mechanical isolation prevents motor vibrations from affecting sensitive DAC electronics. Powered by the ASA G3 streaming engine, FM/DAB+ tuner, and T+A's dual-path converter architecture (Quadruple PCM 384 kHz DAC and True 1-Bit Native DSD 512), it delivers reference sound quality from both physical discs and high-resolution network streams.
