T+A PS 3100 HV — External Power Supply Unit

Overview : The T+A PS 3100 HV is an optional external power supply engineered to elevate the dynamic limits of HV-series amplifiers. Connected via a heavy-duty umbilical cord, the PS 3100 HV completely takes over the high-current supply for the power output stages. This allows the internal power supply of the main amplifier to dedicate itself solely to the sensitive preamplifier and input stages. Equipped with a dedicated 1200 Watt toroidal transformer and a massive capacitance reservoir of 240,000 µF, it lowers the noise floor, enhances low-end impact, and provides unlimited dynamic headroom during massive power peaks.
