Konstant FMD Reference regulated power supply and speed controller.

Highly accurate power supply and speed control unit, designed and manufactured by Transrotor. In addition to even more precise control and synchronisation, the FMD power supply allows the turntable motor(s) to start slowly; combined with high torque, the slow start process protects the bearings, belts and motor(s).

The line frequency typically fluctuates by about 5%. When using the standard unregulated Transrotor power supply unit, this directly affects the speed accuracy of the turntable since the line frequency is the timing reference for the AC motor used by the turntable.

The regulated power supply unit and the Konstant FMD Reference Transrotor speed controller generate the required frequency themselves with great precision and accuracy, completely independent of the quality of the AC line. The increase in sound performance is very noticeable indeed.

You can use this power supply for 1, 2 or 3 motors
