a thick, black-tinted acrylic plate divided by a steel plate. Such a sandwich is made in order to combine the advantages of "soft" acrylic and "hard" steel, and thus to suppress vibrations in the best possible way.

The base is shaped like a four-leaf clover. This is an interesting process to minimize the surface of the base, which often acts as a membrane.

Good to know: The position of the motor on the chassis makes the bass and treble a little louder than the midrange. If you place the motor in the cut-out on the left side of the turntable.
