The bosses of Spatial and Audion - behind which lie the two companies Spatial Europe (open horn speakers) and Audion (tube amplifiers) - have joined forces to create the most perfect pairing of passive speakers and tube amplifiers possible. And they did so in a technically unusual way.

With the Amp Nº2 we continue the idea of an excellently tuned amplifier-loudspeaker chain.

The amplifier specialist Audion from Great Britain exclusively builds the Amp Nº2 with impedance-matched output transformers to match the Spatial Europe speaker models.
The Amp Nº2 is a single-ended stereo amplifier that harmonises perfectly with our Spatial Europe loudspeakers thanks to its low negative feedback.

We recommend Amp Nº2 for the Spatial Europe models Nº Zero, Nº1, Nº2 TSE und Nº3 TSE.
For our Spatial Europe model PURE 18 we recommend KT 66 end tubes (instead of the EL 34 end tubes).

The Spatial Europe tube amps are produced exclusively by Audion for Spatial Europe. Audion owner Graeme Holland tunes the output transformers of the Spatial Europe AMPS to the respective Spatial Europe model. The output transformer is matched to the impedance and Qts of the respective Spatial Europe model at no extra charge.
