The Zet 1, unlike other modular models made of polished aluminum, stands out with its acrylic chassis, chosen for its sonic neutrality and elegant aesthetics.

The 25 mm thick acrylic base rests on robust polished aluminum feet. The aluminum platter, also made of polished aluminum, is mounted on a wide column housing a large-diameter spindle, ensuring smooth and stable rotation. The entire turntable weighs 24 kg, providing optimal stability through its moving mass.

With the end of Jelco tonearm production, Transrotor has opened up to using other high-end tonearm brands, like the one included in this pack. The Jasmine Audio JS-TA214J tonearm is distinguished by its simplicity and efficiency, thanks to its resonance-free design and phono cable without intermediate connectors. The motor is directly mounted on the base, and speed is changed by switching the pulley. Additionally, the Zet 1 is upgradeable, allowing for enhancements such as a second motor, another tonearm, a TMD bearing, an external Konstant 1 power supply, or an additional chassis to transform it into a Zet 3.
